Dear Friend,
I believe that Love & Truth University (LTU) is one of the most exciting aspects of our vision for Love & Truth Church. This is a tremendous tool for us to train, disciple, equip, and develop emerging leaders to fulfill the Great Commission through the local church. Our hope is that we can create an environment where thousands more will encounter their calling and become equipped to live it out through the local church.
It is our pleasure to offer this amazing opportunity for your spiritual growth. Our program is comprised of three sections: Serving, Empowering, & Commissioning. Your journey begins with Serving and, if you choose, moves into Empowering, and then finishes with Commissioning. Those seeking ordination, however, must complete all three components. Completion of all three levels will make you qualified for ordination through Love & Truth Ministries.
As you read over this information and consider applying for LTU, ask God to direct you and to reveal to you more about His purposes for your life. He has so much for you, and he has placed unlimited potential inside of you! Purpose of LTU
Character Development
Throughout the LTU experience, students will receive teachings, read books, and have
discussions designed to bring them higher and deeper in the development of their character. We
believe that a strong foundation is the best place to start as you begin to discover your calling.
Ministry Experience
Nothing can take the place of practical, hands-on ministry experience! LTU is designed to
provide students with a variety of ministry opportunities in all the different areas of church life.
Local Church
LTU is all about the local church! As students immerse themselves in LTU, they will have
opportunities to grow in their understanding and appreciation of the local church environment. We
believe that those who plant themselves in a strong local church like Love & Truth Church will flourish in
every area of life.
Greater Impact
Students in LTU will be stretched and challenged to share their faith and use their gifts with
many different kinds of people and in many different kinds of settings. From mission trip experiences to
local missions opportunities and participation in special events at Love & Truth Church, LTU students will be
empowered to have greater impact with their lives.

One of the core values of Love & Truth is excellence. We believe that God is an extravagant and
excellent God, and we encourage LTU students to aspire to excellence in every area of their lives.

Serving
iServe
Welcome to Love & Truth University iServe advanced internship! This is the first component to our LTU track. The purpose for iServe is to prepare individuals between the age of 18 and 100 for greater service in the church. It is an awesome privilege to serve the vision of the house. It’s more than just working, it’s literally using our energy to Change Lives to Change Our World…its Serving. This is a 6 month commitment to engage in the Love & Truth experience like never before, while you are on your way to fulfilling your God given destiny
Empowering
GEN100
Welcome to the Gen100! This is the second component of the LTU Experience leading to the third and final Ordination track! This is the leadership driven component of LTU. You will gain knowledge and insight into general church leadership, the basic tenants of the Love & Truth Statement of Faith and Theology, and finally practical ministry teaching and tools for the “real world”. We want you to be a success in every area of ministry, and it is our hope that this will promote future church planters and ministry leaders to move into a greater level of destiny and purpose! This is a 9 month commitment to service, study, and greater ministry insight
Commissioning
Ordination
Welcome to the Commissioning portion of LTU! It is the heart of this ministry to release well-equipped ministers of high character and integrity. In doing our part to fulfill the great commission, this level of LTU offers the opportunity to become qualified for ordination with Love &Truth Ministries. Upon completion of the Commissioning program you’ll receive a certificate. Completion of this segment qualifies you for ordination. Full ordination status may be granted after a full-time or part-time staff position is offered to anyone that completes all three portions of LTU. Completion of the commissioning aspect of LTU doesn’t guarantee you a staff position; but it does allow you to be seriously considered for that or something similar to it. It is our desire that you will be sent out to change the world and be a part of a rapidly growing and effective ministry!
